How a foil box comes together.
Tell us the names, the date and a few words about the day when you order, or send your own artwork. A free digital proof arrives by email within 24 hours. You check every name, date and spelling, ask for any reasonable revisions, and we print only after your yes.
The foil is pressed onto premium paper, never added as a sticker or a label. Each order is finished in the studio and sent express with FedEx or UPS, tracked to your door. Express shipping is already in every price.
Foil, embossing, debossing, letterpress and custom sizes are planned separately, so tell us your date before paying and we confirm the date in writing.

The practical bits
Good to know.
Are the matchboxes printed directly or labelled?
Printed directly onto premium paper. We never use adhesive stickers or pre-made labels. Each order is made to order and individually finished in the studio.
What happens after the proof is sent?
You check every name, date, spelling, colour and size, and ask for any reasonable revisions. If we have no reply within 48 hours of the latest proof, it is treated as approved and may go into production. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once design or materials have begun.
How fast can you deliver?
Rush orders reach the UK in 2 business days and the USA in 3, once your design is approved. Tell us your date before paying so we can confirm the rush price and date in writing. Foil, embossing, debossing, letterpress and custom sizes are planned separately; embossed and debossed orders generally need at least eight weeks.
How are print colours approved?
For colour-critical orders, send exact CMYK values. Without them we reproduce the closest achievable colour from your artwork. Paper texture, ink and lighting all affect how a colour reads, so raise anything critical before approving the proof.
