The practical bits

Can you make a completely custom size?
Yes. Small and large matchboxes, matchbooks, custom inner trays, venue drawings, pet portraits, monograms, logos and matching stationery. Custom sizes may need a minimum quantity and a separate quote, so send us the size, quantity, deadline and destination first.
Can I send my own artwork?
Yes, as long as you own it or have written permission to use it. High resolution PNG, PDF, AI or SVG files work best. Designs we create remain our intellectual property unless a separate licence is agreed.
What happens after the proof is sent?
You check every name, date, spelling, colour and size, and ask for any reasonable revisions. If we have no reply within 48 hours of the latest proof, it is treated as approved and may go into production. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once design or materials have begun.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. Courier transit begins after approval and production. Filled matches may face customs restrictions in Greece, so please message us before ordering for delivery there. Delivery dates are guaranteed only when confirmed in writing.
